Are there restrictions on how much TV I can watch?

Nope, there are none at all. You can watch as TV as you have time! The first 6 month are included for free in the
Essentials Starter Pack and after that you simply select your subscription and configure you own TV channels. A
subscription to watch international TV from your home country starts from $8 a month.

Dimensions of the TVMucho box.

The TVMucho box is nice and small, but its elegantly designed to make sure that in case its located in sight it matches your TV set. The dimensions are 12,85 x 12,85 x 3 CM / 5.06 x 5.06 x 1.18 INCHES and its nice and light just a few hundred grams / little over half a pound.

WiFi and network cable connections.

We made sure TVMucho is ready to use right out of the box. All cables requires are included and even the batteries for the remote control. After you connected the box you can decide to plugin a network cable from the box to your router or to use the remote control and the onscreen settings to connect to your WiFi wirelessly.

When does my TVMucho subscription start?

It only starts when you start using it for the first time. As long as you have not hooked it up and selected
activation on your TV it will not expire!

When am I billed after the first 6 months?

We will warn you way in advance when your six months are about to expire so you have plenty of time to setup your
prefered subscription. Billing happens on the same day you first activated TVMucho. So if you activated on the
14th of May your new billing starts on November 14th.

How do I cancel my TVMucho subscription?

If you have renewed your account you will only be given a refund if you submit a refund request within 7 days of the renewal order date providing you have not used our service after the start of your renewal date. If you have watched TV after the start of your renewal date, a refund will not be given.

Will you send me tracking info when my device ships?

The moment its shipped we always have a little celebration here in the office. We’ll send you an email with tracking information as soon your TVMucho departs. That way, you’ll know exactly where yours is.

How quickly does TVMucho ship?

Your box will be shipped the next business working day.

Do you offer express shipping?

We do, but it will cost you extra. If you contact us we can get an exact quote for you.

Does TVMucho ship internationally?

Yes of course, what made you think we don’t?

It says delivered on the tracking website, but I didn’t get anything.

Perhaps one of your family members has hidden it from you and youll get it gift wrapped for Christmas. But seriously, that is terrible. It is possible your package was misplaced or stolen while on the way to you. Contact us right away so we can put our minions to work to solve it for you.

Why was the extra TV module I bought not added to my account?

Yikes, that shouldn't happen. Let us know your account name and number and we we’ll sort this out at lightning speed.

What do I do if my TVMucho arrived broken?

Sigh, shipping agencies… what can we say. We are terribly sorry about this, we keep a very close eye on shipping and this should not have happened. Let us know right away and we’ll replace it immediately.

Why didn't I receive my order confirmation?

It's possible our emails got stuck in the spam filter blackhole. Double check your spam folder to see if it’s in there first. If you still can't find your order confirmation, let us know. We'll confirm your order and figure out what went wrong.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order anytime just as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Let us know if you need to do this. Cancelling your order after it has been shipped is complicated, but reach out and we will figure something out.

How can I return my TVMucho Essential Pack?

We offer an unconditional 7 day money back guarantee. But please, if you are having technical difficulties, go to live chat or email us at support@tvmucho.com">support@tvmucho.com before claiming a refund as our dedicated support team will be happy to solve any problem(s).
A few things you should note:

  • We don't have return labels, make sure you write down our address very clearly.
  • Make sure everything is properly packaged we're not responsible for products that are damaged or lost in transit on the way back to us.
  • We can only issue refunds back to the original payment method you used.
  • In our experience return shipping normally takes 5-7 business days.
  • The full refund gets issued after your package is cleared by us. Returns are processed in the order they are received.
  • The original box isn't required for a return, but you'll need to return the charging cable we provided.

How can I claim a refund?

To claim a refund you must send an email to support@tvmucho.com">support@tvmucho.com stating your serial Number and all associated transaction numbers which will help us locate your order. This email must be sent within 7 days of your original order date to qualify for a FULL refund. Refunds will be provided within 48 hours during business days.

What happens to my billing when I cancel my subscription?

If you are on a non-recurring plan you will not be billed for future service usage UNLESS you manually submit an order to extend your subscription. Therefore there is nothing to cancel with regards to billing.
If you are on an automatic recurring plan you can cancel it via the setting in the account panel. We offer a completely transparent service when it comes to automatic billing:

  • An option before ordering allows you to choose between manual or automatic billing.
  • You can disable automatic renewal by logging in to your control panel at any time.
  • A refund will be given to customers who forget to turn off automatic renewal if they meet the criteria listed in the refund policy under the heading 'For automatic renewals'.

How many TVs can I use with TVMucho?

One box supports one TV. We are working on a multiple TV version, we will let you know as soon as it’s available.

What kind of Internet speeds do I need?

You dont need fast Internet, but to be sufficient for high quality TV you need your Internet download speeds to be at least a stable 2 Mbps to play smoothly. This however doesnt mean that it wont work with slower speeds, it just might not be perfect. Not many require more than 1Mbps so even the slowest broadband (3G also) is sufficient to play any IPTV smoothly.

What is the picture quality of TVMucho like?

Unlike traditional cable television companies that use a standard signal format, many IPTV service providers out there tradeoff video and service quality to lower their cost of bandwidth.
