Monday 7.30pm – 10pm, BBC1
Kick off 7.45pm. The FA Cup third-round continues with live coverage from Molineaux where an all Premier league tie between Wolverhampton Wanderers and league leaders Liverpool takes place. The sides last met in the competition in January 2017 where Wolves pulled off a mini ‘shock’ to beat the Reds 2-1 at Anfield, Andi Weimann and Richard Stearman clinched the goals. Wolves were eliminated at this stage last year, losing a replay 2-1 to Swansea. Liverpool were knocked out by West Bromwich Albion in the fourth-round last year but are going strong and will be the bookies favourite. Presented by Gary Lineker with analysis from Ian Wright and Alan Shearer.
Monday 10pm – 11.05pm, Channel 5
New series which follows a group of teenagers through their basic Army training at Harrogate. The boys don’t get off to a great start when Corporal Early finds an illicit cigarette butt during the first room inspection. Two of the boys, Johnson and Vyse discover they miss their parents more than they thought they would and later in the programme the boys face a tough physical examination or risk finding their Army career cut short.
Tuesday 8pm – 9pm, BBC2
New series of the restaurant themed business show in which competitors vie for a life changing investment. The three new business ventures battling for the prize are a high street Indian food stall asking for a whopping £707k, a Filipino food van seeking £350k and a duck stall looking for £250k. Presented by First Dates maitre d Fred Sirieix.
Tuesday 10pm – 11.05pm, Channel 5
Thousands of Brits travel to Spain’s Costa Brava each year to enjoy the sun, sea, alcohol and to relax, each guest has their own individual reason to escape. This observational documentary lifts the lid on an all inclusive hotel in the resort and meets guests who’ve chosen to stay there. In the first episode we meet Kurt and Lizzi, newly engaged fast food workers, a group of lads from Sheffield which includes tattoo model Ryan and a former military chef with a very smooth talking grandson.
Wednesday 9pm – 10pm, ITV
New series starring Sheridan Smith and Jade Anouka. A struggling mother attempting to turn her life around after battling a gambling addiction takes up a cleaning job in an office. Whilst cleaning Sam stumbles upon access to a lucrative and illegal stock market information, taking advantage of this her life is thrown into complete disarray.
Wednesday 10pm – 11.05pm, Channel 4
A sensitive and heart wrenching documentary which follows the struggle of three severely morbidly obese people. They battle to regain control of their lives before it is too late. Forty stone Claire has been bed-bound for the past 6 years, she has only seen the world through her bedroom window where she spends her life. Her two daughters – Tracey and Jasmine do everything to support her, which takes it toll on them. Tracey has her own family so most of the burden falls to 19 year old Jasmine. Doctor Nick Carter battles to get Claire the help she needs and this programme follows that journey.
Thursday 9pm – 10pm, Channel 4
The reality challenge returns with a new series. Ten ordinary people go on the run, with a team of specialist and elite hunters trying to track them down, anyone who can evade capture for 25 days will take home a share of a fantastic £100000. Straight away the chase is on, a speedboat chase through Liverpool docks is quickly followed by Essex girl Loren facing the Hunters after she trusts the wrong person, and ex-con Nick and his friend Paul a dashing across the country with the team in hot pursuit.
Friday 9pm – 11.10pm, E4
A woman learns her boyfriend is actually married and is understandably devastated, but she meets the man’s wife and they quickly become good friends. The duo quickly learn the unfaithful Romeo has a third secret lover, joining forces the trio decide to teach him a lesson. Comedy starring Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Kate Upton, Leslie Mann and Cameron Diaz.
Saturday 5pm – 6pm, ITV
With the Brit Awards getting close, Clara Amfo announces all of the nominations for 2019, including performances by George Ezra, Jess Glynne and Little Mix.
Sunday 6pm – 8pm, ITV
Following last weeks first round of skating performances the remaining six celebrities take to the ice with their professional partners for the first time. The skaters will be out to impress judges Jane Torvill, Christopher Dean, Jason Gardiner and Ashley Banjo. Once the last skater has finished their initial routine, two of the contestants will be selected to take part in the first skate off of the series and one will be eliminated from the competition. Presented by Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby.
