Bomber Boys

Monday 10pm – 11.30pm, BBC4

Celebrating 100 years of the Royal Air Force, Actor Ewan McGregor and his brother Colin, an experienced RAF pilot, explore the vital and under appreciated role RAF Bomber Command crews through World War 2.

Through the 6 years of war the RAF developed bomber command into an effective fighting force that ensured victory for the allies. However, it was not without obstacles, controversy or challenges and the brothers delve into how these were overcome in a difficult time.

Follow Colin on a steep learning curve, going from flying fast jets to taking control of the legendary Lancaster bomber.


Formula 1 Bahrain Grand Prix

Sunday 3.45pm – 6.20pm, Channel 4

The second round of the season comes to you from the Bahrain International Circuit in Sakhir. Join Steve Jones with live coverage, can Sebastian Vettel reign victorious following his shock win in Melbourne? Valtteri Bottas and Lewis Hamilton look to set the pace in the their powerful Mercedes but Ferrari will feel quietly confident.


Still Game

Thursday 9.30pm – 10pm, BBC1

Ford Kiernan and Greg Hemphill star as Scottish Cult phenomenon Jack and Victor in Series 8 Episode 5 titled “Pie”.

Jack and Victor have their sights set on the last Steak Pie in the butcher’s and chaos ensues as queue jumping becomes the order of the day.

Navid installs a self service barcode scanner in the shop but fails to do anything other than confuse his clientele. The confusion in the shop sparks suspicion over Tam’s ulterior motives in assisting a woman pay for her groceries when she clearly isn’t short of a few quid.

American Pie

An all star line up that includes Jason Biggs, Alyson Hannigan, Shannon Elizabeth, Mena Suvari and Sean William Scott, American Pie defined a generation. A coming-of-age comedy about 4 teenage boys making a pact to lose their virginity before their high school prom.

Their quest induces unforeseen embarrassment and far reaching humiliation but also the humility of real love and affection.

Not one for the faint hearted, or those easily offended by new uses for an Apple Pie.


Golf: The Masters Live: 2018 Day Four

Sunday 6.30pm – 12am, BBC2

Join Eilidh Barbour live from the Augusta National, Georgia for the fourth and final day of the first PGA major of 2018. England’s Justin Rose narrowly missed out last year as Sergio Garcia pipped him in the play-off. Surely he won’t let the championship pass him by again?

The television mystery of the year so far is resolved as the identity of the Overlord is finally revealed!

Monday 7.30 – 8pm, Channel 4

Lifestyle magazine Lusso throws 4 celebrities into the world of 5* gold plated luxury reportage.

Broadcaster Huey Morgan and Hollywood stunt driver Ben Collins team up to take some expensive vintage sports cars for a spin around the British countryside, while comedian Rob Beckett is whisked off to private island Petit St Vincent and actress Kelly Brook is accompanied by First Dates’ maitre d’ Fred Sirieix on a gourmet food challenge around Paris.


The Inbetweeners

Thursday 10pm – 10.35pm, E4

The legendary sitcom about 4 teenagers coping with everyday teenage life in suburbia takes to the road in Simon’s venerable, Yellow Fiat Cinquecento (Hawaii Edition). Jays compulsive lying and exaggeration of his group orgy’s on caravan club holidays leads the group to Camber Sands where they get an unwelcome lecture about sex from Mr Cartwright and a stark reality about what really happens at the site’s disco’s.

Toilet etiquette also appears as questionable in a caravan.

Starring Blake Harrison, Joe Thomas, James Buckley and Simon Bird.
