Need to cancel your TVMucho membership? Here’s everything you need to know.
If you wish to cancel your TVMucho membership or explore refund options, please contact us via live chat or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Once cancelled, you can no longer log into your TVMucho account.
If you wish to cancel auto-renewal of your annual or monthly TVMucho membership, open TVMucho in your app or browser, go to Settings > My Membership, and under your current membership, select “CANCEL AUTO-RENEWAL”.
You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you haven’t watched more than 60 minutes of live or recorded TV. To claim your refund, contact us via live chat or email email@example.com.
You have a 60-day window from the date of purchase or renewal to request a refund. If you haven’t watched more than 60 minutes of live or recorded TV, a full refund will be granted. If you exceed this, you will receive a partial refund for the remaining months calculated by deducting the cost of equivalent TVMucho monthly memberships for each month. For instance, if you acquired a TVMucho Expat TV membership on October 17th for €72.00 and applied for a refund one month later on November 15th, you would receive a refund of €56.02 (the annual fee of €72.00 –/- the cost of one-month fee €15.99).
