This issue often arises due to slow internet speeds. You can check your internet speed in TVMucho by clicking the ‘Settings’ icon (located at the top right-hand corner of the screen) > ‘Troubleshooting’ > ‘Run Test’.
While you don’t need a super-fast connection, we recommend an internet speed of 5 Mbps for SD (standard)and 10 Mbps for HD (high definition) picture quality. Also, ensure your ping is less than 150ms and jitter is below 20ms. For the best experience, connect your device via a wired internet connection.
